Dani earned a five-year accredited Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon where they were awarded magna cum laude and the grand jury prize at the Department of Energy’s Solar Decathlon. They worked as an Architectural Designer for DLR Group and Speranza Architecture, and in various positions at University of Oregon. Through their rewarding architecture background, Dani learned to design iteratively, to collaborate, to bring magic into even the most mundane of details, to work efficiently, and to tell a story. It introduced them to a broad range of skills, such as 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering, that extend beyond the medium of the built environment and have become the foundation for a deeper exploration into the wisdom and practices of adjacent fields.
